I had met several agents before Charlotte and on the first meeting with her decided to go forward . She is a friendly personable professional. We got all the paperwork finished within a couple days and my condo unit in Victoria Park was on the market. A contract was signed within 3 months and there were some complications that were worked out and we closed within a few weeks. "Charlotte responded to our inquiry on a listing online within minutes. That showed how responsive she is and was a no brainer she would be our broker!
Charlotte is an impeccable realtor. She followed up on every little details. She was in constant communication with us and used our preferred method to contact us as well (text/email). She went above and beyond to get us our dream home. The process to finding the home was a long one by our choice. When we first met her, we did say this might take a while because our goal to find the right home for us. She was very patient, it took us a year to find our home. We watched few listings for a long while till we saw the right sale price that fit our needs and she was right there with us thru all of the journey. We can't thank her enough for all she has done for us, truly an amazing agent and just a wonderful person!
